Future mass casualty event warning issued to Minnesota police department!

On November 8, 2018 someone representing an un-identified group published a warning that appeared to be directed to the police department in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
The group published a photo of the East Grand Forks Police sign and stated they are concerned due to “recent violent events including the one on the day of this writing” - apparently a reference to the mass shooting yesterday in California.
The article was saturated with photos pertaining to guns, police, and featured several photos regarding the Mail Bomber Cesar Sayok who was arrested in Broward County, Florida. .

“I am certain that there is someone out there on social media that is, right now, posting things that should give us cause for concern,” the writer said.
The next sentence referred to a plural collective.
“It is imperative that those with the authority to find those who causes our concern and take the appropriate actions before it is to late,” the writer said.

The alleged author and website are listed to someone in Florida.
The alleged author has published a significant amount of articles about the small northern town in Polk County, Minnesota and even repeatedly signed his name on an I-Petition called “East Grand Forks, Minnesota: Please involuntarily commit Timothy Holmseth to a mental institution!”
“It is time that we DEMAND the government of East Grand Forks, MN to involuntarily commit Timothy Charles Holmseth into a psychiatric facility and ban him from her using the internet again. Everyone is sick of his stalking and perverted actions,” the petition said.
Holmseth has received death threats from callers using voice changers from telephone numbers that appear on his Caller ID from Trump Organization, Clinton Global, Florida Governor Rick Scott, The White House, Mar-A-Lago Resort, Doral Resort, and more.
Holmseth recently submitted a tip to the FBI regarding the so-called MAGA BOMBER.
